• Our vacation home has most of what you need to enjoy your vacation: A fully equipped large kitchen with dishes, pots and pans, utensils, dishwasher, coffee maker, refrigerator with refreshments such as soda and ice, sink, and much more. We also include complimentary Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, air conditioning and heating, smart TVs on every room, fresh clean towels, fresh clean linens, and much much more. We offer a complementary free parking spot that is assigned to the vacation home unit. There are additional visitor parking spots on a first come first serve basis. All you need to do is bring your clothes and other things to enjoy your vacation while our vacation home provides the rest. The vacation home comes with spacious bedrooms with closet space to accommodate you and your family.

• Our vacation home is kept and maintained super clean: We want you to not only enjoy your vacation but also enjoy where you are staying which includes a vacation home that is cleaned and disinfected by a team of professionals. All bedsheets are washed, all towels are washed, the vacation home is sanitized from top to bottom, all kitchen utensils, pots and pans, dishes are washed carefully. This is done immediately after a guest checks out. We take this very seriously.

• The location of our vacation home in Tampa Bay has a lot to offer: Our vacation home is located in a fantastic area where there are many local great attractions, close to great restaurants, major airports, sports events, beautiful beaches, major highways, grocery stores and many other places that you can visit conveniently close to our vacation home.

• Fully Stocked Kitchen: The vacation home has a large kitchen that has everything that you need to feel at home. Includes a clean refrigerator, stove with oven, microwave, blender, pots, pans, utensils, knives, coffee, sugar, dishwasher and much more. You have the ability to shop for groceries and cook your favorite foods while enjoying your stay. 

• Smart TV's in each room: All rooms including living room, master bedroom and guest room have smart Televisions that are connected to WI-FI. Enjoy your favorite movies by logging into your smart TV app such as Amazon Prime, Sling, Roku or other channels. We also include free TV movie channels such as Crackle, Tubi TV, Pluto, and more.  The television in the living does have local channels that you can watch for free by turning on the TV and licking on the FREE Live TV app.

• Washer & Dryer: No need to go to a laundromat or dry clothes outside when you have a washer and dryer. We also provide complimentary laundry detergent for you to wash your clothes.
